Refund Policy
At I CARE Optical Solutions, I value my customers and strive to provide the best possible service. I understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and I have put together this refund policy to ensure transparency and satisfaction.
Eligibility for Refund:
1. Service Dissatisfaction:
- If you are not satisfied with the consulting service provided, please contact me directly within 5 days of your initial consultation. I will assess your case and work with you to resolve the situation.

2. Technical Issues:
- Should you encounter any technical issues that hindered the service delivery, please notify me as soon as possible. Refund requests due to technical failures must be reported within 1 day from the service date.

3. Cancellation:
- Cancellations made 2 days in advance of the scheduled consultation are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 2 days in advance may incur a 20% cancellation fee.

4. Change of Mind:
- If you change your mind after booking a service, please contact me immediately. Refunds for a change of mind will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Refundable Situations:
- Any service already rendered and completed to your satisfaction.
- Failure to provide necessary materials or information which affects the outcome of the service.
- Missing scheduled appointments without prior notification.

2. Provide your name, service date, and a brief description of the reason why you are requesting a refund.
3. I will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
4. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 days from the original date of service.

But if your consultation doesn’t quite hit the mark and leaves you some distortion or seeing spots, just send me an email within 72 hours. I will closely examine your request—like checking in a new pair of glasses for your concerns and if eligible, I'll refund you faster than you can say “Did I just misread the fine print?” We’re here to make sure you’re seeing things the right way!
